Grizzly Bear Hot Tubs is a family business, passionate about selling hot tub spas. With over 5 years experience in the hot tub/ spa trade and we only sell premium branded, American manufactured spas.
We are unlike many spa companies in market today. We believe in stocking geniune American manufactured spas that include all of the extras as standard and then retailing them to the public at American prices. You may notice that we are one of only a few companies who have the price of our spas on our website, the reason for this is that we are proud of our prices. We do not over inflate the price, we sell each hot tub for as little profit as possible and rely on us selling spas in large volume, this is a tactic that works very well for us.
Many spa retailer's will just order a spa as the customer places an order with them. We are so confident in the quality and reliability of our hot tubs that we order all of our spas upfront and have them in stock and ready for delivery, meaning the customer does not have to wait weeks or even months for their hot tub to arrive.
Our terms are also different from many companies, you will find most spa retailer's will take payment upfront a week before your spa is delivered. With us it is different, we take a £500 deposit to reserve your spa then you pay the balance when we arrive at your home with your new hot tub, this system gives peace of mind for everyone. We also one of only a few to offer Interest free credit and buy now pay later finance packages.

Our hot tubs showroom is open 7 days a week and we have experienced staff covering sales, service, parts and administration. We have a large range of hot tubs on display with both running and dry hot tub models for you to view along with our range of saunas, hot tub chemicals and accessories - you can see for yourself the very high quality of the products we sell.
