We believe in providing our customers with the right hot tub at the right price and giving an unrivaled customer service. We don't like to show off but below is some of the feedback we receive from our customers.
We just wanted to say thank you for the excellent service we received when buying our new hot tub. From our first phone call to Grizzly Bear Hot Tubs we found them to be friendly, professional and very knowledgable about their product. When we visited the showroom we were not subjected to any kind of pressure sales, Scott explained the difference's between each model and answered any questions that we had in easy to understand terms.
We decided to order a Fusion F1 and within 10 days our hot tub was delivered. Colin and Dougie were quick, tidy and professional when installing the tub and nothing was a problem to them. They took the time to explain exactly how to operate the tub as well as showing us how to add the chemicals.
We have been very impressed by the professional and efficent service we have received from Grizzly Bear Hot Tubs and we would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking to buy a hot tub.

We would just like to say thank you for our amazing hot tub. Having shopped around we then visited Grizzly Bear Hot Tubs and we were very impressed by their showroom and the friendly welcome we received.
We were not sure what to expect as their prices were up to £2000 cheaper than other suppliers, but we were amazed by the quality and specification of their hot tubs. We decided to go ahead and order a Fusion F1 and the whole process was smooth and trouble free and within 10 days our hot tub was installed. The installation team were very professional and took the time to explain all of the controls and the chemicals to us.
We are delighted with the service we received and would not hesitate to recommend Grizzly Bear Hot Tubs to anyone looking to buy a hot tub

We took delivery of our Fusion F4 on the 17th August 2011. We are delighted with our hot tub and so is our grandson who is only 3 years old, and we are in the tub at every opportunity.
We would just like to say what a pleasure it was to deal with Scott as he guided us in choosing the Fusion F4 with no pressure what so ever. Our hot tub was delivered on the arranged date and installed by Colin and Doug who were also great to deal with and they installed the hot tub with no fuss. Colin went through all of the instructions with us and made it very clear and easy.
It was a please to deal with them and it is good to know they are at the end of the phone if we have any queries.

We would like to thank all of you for the the service we have recieved. We orginally came to the showroom to get chemicals for our inflatable hot tub. The showroom was very impressive and Scott was so friendly. After seeing the hot tubs and speaking with Scott we decided to take the plunge and buy one. On the day of delivery the guys arrived early and removed a panel from our garden fence to get the hot tub in, they did this with no complaint, the panel was put back in and we cant tell it was ever removed. They spend time going through the controls and the chemicals and on leaving all of the packaging was taken with them. We would like to thank you again for your professional, friendly and honest service. We now know why you guys have won UK dealer of the year.

We were very apprehensive about the process of buying a hot tub but after a lot of investigation on the net and visits to different suppliers we ended up at Grizzly Bear Hot Tubs - Hot Tubs Direct Scotland. From the moment we stepped in to their showroom we knew we would buy from here. Scott was very friendly but with no over pushy sales technique and any questions were answered in easy to understand terms.
Exactly 4 weeks after our first visit to the showroom we were having our hot tub delivered. We needed a Hiab truck to lift the hot tub over our 6 foot high garden wall, however this was no hardship to Colin and Dougie, they made it look easy. Colin and Dougie were excellent, friendly and professional from the minute they arrived it felt like we had known them for years. In all the guys were at our house for 5 hours setting up the hot tub and answering any questions we had.
Whether its rain or shine we are in our hot tub day and night and I must say the effects of the LED lights at night are outstanding. I would recommend a hot tub to anyone and especially a hot tub fro Grizzly Bear Hot Tubs - Hot Tubs Direct Scotland

Hi Scott. Thank you sending me more Aquafinesse. I keep meaning to let you know just how much I am enjoying my hot tub. I primarily got it for health reasons as I have fibromyalgia and I have benefitted so much from using the hot tub, especially over the winter. It has been pure bliss and such a wonderful experience using it with all the lights when it is dark looking up at all the stars. We recently bought a hot tub from yourselves and would just like to say what a pleasant experience you made it for us. We came in a few times, prior to buying, to have a look around and ask questions and found you to be knowledgeable about your products, very helpful and always friendly. We were never subjected to to any kind of pressure selling or given the "they are back again" approach.
Once we had decided to go ahead and treat ourselves, it was just plain sailing, everything went as you said it would, with delivery being right on the agreed time. When it came to commissioning our tub you went above and beyond the call of duty, picked up on things our "qualified" electrician hadn't and even came back more than once that day to make sure it was all up and running perfectly. We couldn't have thanked you enough even though you claimed it was "all part of the service".
Since the tub has been up and running it has been our little bit of heaven, so relaxing, who would have thought there were so many stars in the sky over Monifieth at night. Once we started cleaning out the hot tub we came across a few things we were not sure about and once again Grizzly Bear came to the rescue, we just had to phone and they gave us all the help we needed. Who could ask for more.. We are so glad we chose a Grizzly Bear hot tubs
